Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Japan and International government regulations, and Etsy rules prohibit such behavior.

We ship from Japan, and once a parcel leaves the country, the delivery process is handled entirely by the customs and postal/ courier systems of the destination country. Delays may occur due to customs congestion, limited flights, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or the heavy holiday shipping season. These factors are outside our control, and we cannot predict the exact delivery date. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will file an investigation request with the carrier upon your inquiry. Please note that an investigation may take 1–2 weeks, and we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier confirms the parcel as lost. These little cards are exactly as pictured, yet somehow cuter in person. Excellent for leaving little notes for someone, or reminders for yourself. Excellent packaging, arrived sooner than expected, and overall a perfect shopping experience. I will continue purchasing from SomedaySomeplace.
