We pack all items carefully with bubble-wrap and double-lined boxes. Unfortunately, we do not have any control on how the package is handled when we hand it over to the carrier. We ship using Canada Post/UPS/Purolator at this time. If your package arrived damaged, We would be happy to help you file a claim. The owner was SO great! We have a custom design we have been using for all the decor for our wedding and the seller was willing to do it for us! I don’t have a photo because they are so stunning I wanted to hurry up and put them back in the box!! SO SO excited to use these for my wedding!! So excited!! 100/10!!!
