The wood I use is reclaimed, refurbished, or at least rebought, and may be one of a kind. To maximize usage, sign sizing may vary in all dimensions by about plus or minus 10%. For custom signs, I'll send a mockup based on your text along with the exact dimensions planned for your project. Please let me know at the time of your order if a specific size is required.

Custom and personalized orders

Be sure to include the name/message in your checkout notes. Keep in mind the maximum number of characters may be limited by the size of the item — if you need more, contact me for a customized quote. The font shown in the first photo is generally standard for that sign. If you'd like a different font, I can accommodate you as long as it's available for commercial use from a reputable site; any additional cost will be added to the order. I'll send a mockup of your personalized sign within 2 business days for your approval before I begin work. Damage or loss in transit is handled through insurance: custom / personalized orders are not refundable.

Some items include indoor/outdoor urethane, some include indoor-only urethane, and some are left unfinished. Cedar weathers nicely outdoors whether finished or not, but other wood types should be sealed for protection, and that protection should be renewed by you regularly to keep it protected. For items you plan to have outdoors, be sure to ask about finish upgrades and ongoing care.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but I'm happy to include a gift message upon request and leave out the pricing on the invoice. Just let me know! Packaging and protective materials are mostly recycled, but still clean and sturdy, this is to save you money as well as help keep perfectly usable material out of the landfill.

I get to work on your mockup as soon as your order is received to get it to you within the promised time frame, so cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. Please respond promptly with your input for the mockup as work will not begin until you approve it.

Processing Time & Shipping Estimate

Processing time is an estimate. Most of my items are designed and hand made specifically for you and there are times when items must be remade due to not meeting my standards. Shipping times are also estimates. Once accepted by the post office, priority usually takes 1-3 days, but occasionally things are delayed or misdirected. Shipping arrival is not guaranteed except for Priority EXPRESS The only remedy the post office offers if they are late with a Priority Express package is to refund shipping, which you can apply for with your local post office in the event that happens.

Wood is a natural product that varies even within a single species. Variations in knots, grain, or minor paint bleed are to be expected and are not considered flaws. Even with a finish applied, wood keeps its rustic texture — I don't use heavy finishes that make wood feel like it has a plastic coating, so it may still have some roughness. This is normal and part of the character.

Highlights

Made by CraftedCarvingsUS
Materials: wood, paint, cedar wood
Width: 30 inches

Height: 54 inches

Made of reclaimed wood from various projects. Nothing goes to waste. Wood species include oak, poplar, cherry, mahogany, walnut, cedar, and pine, sanded smooth. You can choose which types of wood are included in your tree or allow me to pick random pieces for a more rustic look.

Perfect space saving Christmas decoration that allows you to display your favorite ornaments even when space is at a premium.

The star is made from white corian and sawed free hand so no two stars are identical. A keyhole slot is routed in the back for hanging. Recommend that you hang it from a nail or screw secured to a stud or similarly sturdily mounted hanger. Hard ware, ornaments, lights are not included, just shown to demonstrate how it can be decorated.

Example shown is approximately 30 inches wide at the base and about 63 inches tall with 7 levels, plus the star. Each level has holes predrilled to hold ornaments with metal hangers. You can also detach the wood from the support rope to allow ornaments with string to be placed on the tree, too. Standard width between levels is about 9", but I include enough rope to make it adjustable if you'd like to have more or less room between levels.

Other sizes available.

Keep in mind these are hand-finished and wood is a natural product with variations, so no two trees will be identical. Variations in color and knots are to be expected and not considered flaws.

Thx Jennifer for these beautiful xmas trees! My grandchildren will luv them! They are so well made, smooth and lightweight, and wonderfully rustic! The eclectic mix of wood is beautiful, giving a simple sense of real holiday spirit to the look. I have unique handcrafted ornaments by artisans for each grandchild to hang on their own special tree. Thank you again!
