INVITATIONS: Where to send my picture? Can I add QR code?

If you’d like to have a QR code printed, please make sure to send us a high-quality digital image of it in order to reach the best printing and scannable results. It can be uploaded by the same link. BACKSIDE Printing: Can I print on the back of a product?

Yes, most of our products have the option for backside printing (except stickers and labels). This is an upgrade service that you can order along with your product in the same quantity as the one you’d like printed on the back. ENVELOPE Printing: Can you print my envelopes?

Yes, you can have your envelope printed with return and guest addresses or with personalized customization. Please know that this is an upgrade service that should be added to your cart along with the invitations and in the same quantity as the customizations you’d like to have. SAMPLES: Difference between NON-Custom and Custom Samples

For most of our products we have two types of samples - NON-CUSTOM and Custom Samples Non-Custom Sample - comes non-personalized in terms of text, but we will match the size and the foil. *If your order is for a Non-custom sample invitation you can also choose the color of the envelope. It will give you the ability to check the materials, the craftsmanship and the overall quality. Custom Sample - comes completely customizable, including text information, foil color, envelope and your own photo. Both options are available for both offered sizes - A6 SIZE (4 x 6 in) and A7 SIZE (5 x 7 in) and can be selected from the first drop-down menu that reads "Size”. LABELS: What type of file is accepted?

For foil printing, the artwork must comply with the below requirements to ensure best printing results: ♥ 100% BLACK. A single Black color file, containing only the elements you wish to have in foil. No gradient, shading, or other colors are accepted. ♥ VECTOR-BASED FILE. Vector-based PDF, SVG, EPS, Ai, High-quality PNG & JPG (Only created at a minimum of 300 dpi), TIFF. ♥ STROKE, OUTLINE & THIN ELEMENTS: Ensure at least 1pt as the minimum thickness achievable when foiling, otherwise parts of the artwork may not foil and will leave black spots on the finished product. Alternatively, if you at the moment cannot supply such a file, we recommend having your file printed in color just as is.

INSIDE Printing: Can I print inside the product?

SHIPPING: I need my order sooner

If you’d like to receive the order sooner than the standard ETA, you can choose Express shipping method, operated by DHL Express and usually takes 2-4 business days within the USA and 1-2 days within Europe. SHIPPING: Does my order include a tracking number?

The majority of our orders ship with full tracking information, however, some small single items may ship without tracking unless a tracking upgrade is selected at checkout. This is to reduce the shipping cost as tracking upgrade sometimes is higher than the item’s price itself. The lack of a tracking number does not affect the processing or delivery time.
