I, at first, had trouble figuring out how to use this. I had to manipulate it somewhat in Cricut, but once I figured it out, it was perfect. The design was grouped together, and I had to ungroup it in order to get the design to cut out in the proper shape. The second part of the group was the score lines. Once I figure that out, it was smooth sailing. My only advice that could have helped me was to place in the directions more clearly and more attention worthy to ungroup and the design and have at it. I am so happy with this purchase. The 2 x 3.5" box design fit my business cards perfectly. Oh, and it is important to say that when I did ask for help, Hugo was right there to answer quickly. I am happy with my purchase from Hugo!!
