Your items are packaged with care and shipped out within 1-3 business days. All packages are sent out by letter post via Canada Post. Please message me if you have any questions or require a different method of shipping.

I do my very best to package your items in a way that ensures they will arrive safely, but please message me if something happens to your order in transit.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, and if items are returned, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 7-18 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs taxes or fees. Please note that I cannot mark your order as a gift or lower the value amount on the customs form.

If you live in Winnipeg or nearby and would prefer to pick up your order or arrange for local delivery, please send me a message before placing your order. You will not be charged for shipping and we can make arrangements to get your order to you!
