Custom and personalized orders

For custom orders, please provide custom information in the personalization area or in the "notes to seller" box at checkout. You may also email them directly to hello@homgrl.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Signs are for indoor use only. Please do not place signs in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Signs should be placed away from heat, humidity, and water so that they are not damaged. Do not wash signs using any liquid. If your sign becomes dusty, gently dust off with a dry towel or duster. Cutting boards should only be used on opposite (blank) side. Cutting in the designed side will damage the artwork.

Signs are measured including frame. The size provided, is the size of the entire piece.

What if my sign is damaged?

If your sign arrives damaged, please let us know right away! While we take every precaution to make sure your sign arrives in perfect condition, accidents happen and on rare occasions, they can get a little beat up during transit. Please take photos of the packaging, the sign, and message us straight away. We’ll make it right. If your sign becomes damaged after you’ve had it hanging on your wall, let us know! Signs that show any damage within 90 days of purchase will be replaced. Please understand that while we stand by the longevity of our signs (we’ve have them on our own walls for years!) we cannot be held responsible for damaged signs that have been in the buyer’s possession for longer than 90 days due to not knowing house conditions.

Due to the nature of digital download items being delivered electronically instantly, no returns and exchanges are accepted. Sales are final. Digital Downloads are for personal use only and may not be be distributed or sold in any form.

… and any custom request! Want Santa to acknowledge any acts of bravery, hard work, kindness in a separate note? I’m happy to create that for you!

Customizing your child’s letter to Santa is easy! Simply include the following:

1. Type of letter (new elf, second elf, nice list, something custom). If a custom letter is desired, please contact me directly first.

2. Child’s first name, gender (he/she), and 2-3 accomplishments to highlight in the letter. Think about times they were brave, patient, kind, or even new scholarly accomplishments like learning to read or getting good grades in math. For two children, include one accomplishment for each. For more than two children, note will only say that they have been good this year unless a second page is requested as an add on for an additional fee.

3. Decide whether you’d like your letter in digital format (you print) or mailed to you on our handmade paper and sealed with an official wax seal. Letter will be mailed within a regular envelope for safekeeping in transit.

Each physical letter includes Santa’s official North Pole crest and adorned with a real wax seal and twine.
