This is a crochet pattern in English to make your very own Gary the Goat plush, the perfect farm animal crochet pattern.

Please note this pattern does not come with crochet lessons. This is more of an advanced-beginner crochet pattern; knowledge of basic crochet stitches, basic embroidering, and sewing is required.

Approximate yardage of yarn used is not included in this pattern, but I used a little less than 1 skein of Premier Parfait Chunky in the primary color with moderate tension and a 4mm hook.

Any weight yarn will be suitable for this pattern, just keep in mind the size of the finished item will depend on the yarn weight and hook size. Be sure to adjust the hook according to your yarn or your preference. If using Parfait Chunky, your goat will be about 10” tall and 8” long. If using Bernat Blanket Yarn, your goat will be about 12” tall not including the horns.

- Super Bulky Weight 6 Yarn (Premier Parfait Chunky Recommended) in Colors of Choice:

Color A for Body (Shown as Light Gray)
Color B for Hooves (Shown as Dark Gray)
Color C for Horns (Shown as White)
Color D for Goatee Hair (Shown as White Faux Fur)

- Weight 6 Faux Fur Yarn (Yarn Bee Fur the Love Recommended) in White OR Your Color of Choice
- Scrap Amount of Worsted Weight Yarn in Black (For Embroidering the Mouth)
- Plastic Safety Eyes: 16mm for Parfait Chunky Yarn / 20mm for Sweet Snuggles Lite or Chenille Home Slim Yarn / 25mm for Bernat Blanket Yarn

- Crochet Hook of Choice:

4mm Hook Using Parfait Chunky Yarn
5mm Hook Using Sweet Snuggles Lite or Chenille Home Slim Yarn
6mm or 7mm Hook Using Bernat Blanket Yarn

- Stitch Markers and/or Scrap Yarn (To Mark Your Place in the Round)
- Scissors
