We ship from France with the French postal service (La Poste) and always include a tracking number with each package. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number(s) of your package(s).

Please be sure that your package receiving location is secure! It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe location for receiving packages. Postal services insurance does NOT cover theft once they marked your package as delivered. In the event of package theft after delivery, you will need to file a police report and file an insurance claim under your homeowners or renters insurance. If your receiving location is not safe, you should consider using a package receiving company or an alternate delivery location.

We put a lot of effort into wrapping items carefully with new or clean recycled packaging to ensure safe travel to your door and avoid damage during shipping.

In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us upon delivery via Etsy, attaching pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via Etsy message.

After having contacted us, please post the item back to us in its original package within 30 days of delivery. Once we have received the item back in its original condition, we will refund your purchase to you within 3 days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will not refund this cost to you. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Please return the item by standard postal service with tracking in its original package marked with "Returned Merchandise". If not marked as such, any customs import charges issued to us will be deducted from your refund.

Under EU Right of Withdrawal, it is required that we provide you with, before order, a withdrawal form (in other words, a cancellation form) that you can -but are not obliged to- use if you wish to return an item.
