Sport Court Rental Hourly Booking System Template is a spreadsheet to record, track and manage reservation for your courts for any type of sports. This spreadsheet can accommodate up to 25 courts. This spreadsheet should help you organize and manage your hourly reservation at any period within one year. Half-hourly meaning in this spreadsheet is the interval that you can book or rented by your customer. You can apply half-hourly or hourly rate depends on chosen package. It should give you more flexibility on managing your rental business.

It also has a simple income/expenses columns to help you get you rough income/expenses summary quickly for each court.

You will get both the Excel version for managing offline booking and Google Spreadsheet version for managing online booking.

You can use this hourly booking template for any sport courts (different or similar sport courts), like:

> Rate Table: Set half-hourly rate and package
> Availability: Check availability of all courts on particular date
> Daily List: Print hourly booking data for particular court on specific date
> Unit Tab: There are 25 units tabs. One tab for one court. You can manage bookings in this tab and check availability and booking status in calendar visualization on top of data table. You can edit the starting date for each tab without affecting other unit tabs.
