1. How long will it take to get my order?

All jewels are manufactured by hand once the order has been placed, and the production time may take up to 2 week. I will send your order within 24 hours after its manufacture. We do not send shipments on weekends. Once the package has been shipped, the delivery times are: STANDARD SHIPPING (Postal Service): · Spain: 48-72 hours. · Europe: 4-15 business days. · UK: 4-15 business days. · USA & Canada: 7-45 business days. · Rest of the countries: 7-45 business days (depends on the country). 3. Can I change or return my order or part of it?

A. Azzurea Jewelry doesn't accept exchange or returns except in the case that the order has been received in poor condition or we have wrong size or product. In this case, we will deal with the exchange or return expenses. In case of return, the full refund will be made by the same payment method in which the order was made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. B. If the buyer has mistaken for size or the product is not as expected, the return or exchange costs will be at the buyer charge. The return of the amount of the product will be made in the same payment method in which it was made, within the 14 calendar days following the reception of the order.

BAÑO DE ORO (CUIDADO ESPECIAL)

⠀⠀⠀ Las joyas con baño de oro son, por defecto, más delicadas y susceptibles de perder su color con el paso del tiempo. Todas las piezas están hechas a mano en plata de ley con un baño de oro de 24 quilates (5 micras). La velocidad a la que el baño de oro va desapareciendo depende de múltiples factores: el uso de productos químicos para el cuidado de la piel (cremas, perfumes, jabón, etc.), el nivel de sudoración corporal o incluso el mismo nivel de PH de la piel de cada persona. Por este motivo, es muy importante tener especial cuidado y mimo con las joyas con baño de oro y seguir siempre los consejos explicados en "CUIDADO DE LAS JOYAS". El baño de oro puede durar muchos años si las joyas se tratan con cariño.
