About Vintage American Football and our products...

In 2014 after years of 1920's football research I decided it was time to put on a 1920's style football game. We needed players, a place to play, rules to follow, equipment to use and jerseys to wear. We found a manufacturer who helped us re-create a jersey in the style worn between in the 1910's through mid 1920's. We pieced together everything else and found an adequate ball.

In 2017 I designed my very own ball. I wanted a ball that was just hard enough to throw yet easy to kick and drop kick. I wanted the strategy in our game to match that of the 1920's and I wanted our players to have equipment that fit that style of play.

In 2020 in an effort to meet my strict specs I found a new manufacturer and basically designed the ball again from the ground up. We look forward to using these balls at our games in 2021 and beyond.
