you agree and consent to the privacy policy, return policy, and that you will not use moonchu products and/or designs for illegal nor unauthorized purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (in particular, copyright and trademark laws/infringement). in addition, you will NOT redistribute or use moonchu product and/or designs for personal gain or business promotions unless otherwise authorized by moonchu. you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any of moonchu's designs, products, website or properties, including restrictions engaging in data mining, harming, extracting, or anything of said nature. you acknowledge that moonchu designs are protected lawfully by copyright and trademark.

you acknowledge that moonchu purchases are for personal use only.

moonchu reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, even if the reason is not stated. a cancellation and refund will be issued should this happen. prices are subject to change sans notice. you acknowledge that you have read and understood fully each individual item description prior to purchasing, particularly because moonchu has put so much time and effort into writing them for you!

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS :

i tend to ship stuff pretty quickly depending on when the order is placed (even if the item says pre-transit or nothing at all), so cancellations aren't likely to be fulfilled. you can ask but i have no guarantee. moonchu does NOT accept returns. please be aware of all descriptions. completing a purchase means that you understand that all sales are final. please double check all packaging crevices for items if you believe something is amiss.

SHIPPING : please be aware of your country's shipping policies and VAT.

please TRIPLE check your address. if you have entered an incorrect address, immediately message me via Etsy. once an order leaves my hands, it is, in fact, out of my hands and up to the USPS gods. if you have concerns about your already-shipped package, please contact your local post office. when purchasing items sans tracking, you are acknowledging that neither of us know where it is, nor when it'll arrive. please contact me for signature delivery or insurance. i do not refund shipping on reshipments nor return-to-senders. U.S. tracked : 3 - 7 business days, can be up to 2 weeks. U.S. untracked : 7 - 14 business days, can be longer. INTERNATIONAL tracked : 4+ weeks, can be even up to 2 months. INTERNATIONAL untracked : ^ longer than that.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT :

all items will be carefully packaged by myself and protected as best as possible. moonchu tries to be environmentally friendly by reusing and re-purposing packaging materials, as well as utilizing biodegradable / recycled and or recyclable / compostable items. while i’m far from perfect, i think that any and everything we can do to help the universe, no matter how big or small, helps. i strongly urge customers to please recycle or reuse applicable materials from their special parcels! ty for helping our beautiful earth!
