A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original item price for returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

My jewelry has tarnished or changed color. Can I return or exchange it?

If you experience unusual discoloration or tarnishing shortly after receiving your order, please contact us with clear photos. My jewelry broke after I received it. Can I get a refund or replacement?
