Parcels returned to me due to being unclaimed by the buyer are eligible for a refund of the product price only, when I have received the parcel back. Shipping fees are not refundable. When the parcel has been returned to me the buyer may contact me to ship the parcel again for an additional shipping fee.

Parcels returned to me due to the buyer providing an incorrect address will be treated as being unclaimed by the buyer (see above)

If a parcel becomes lost or missing within the postal system, once Ireland’s An Post or your country’s postal service confirms the parcel as lost, the buyer is eligible for a refund of item price plus shipping fees.

Once I have issued a customer the shipping notification and tracking number for a parcel it is the customer’s responsibility to track and trace the parcel and to reschedule the delivery of an “attempted delivery” parcel if necessary. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their post office to arrange re-delivery or collection of their parcel. Otherwise the parcel is returned to me. See ‘Unclaimed mail’ above.

RETURNS, REFUND, EXCHANGE Customer satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. If you have not contacted me within 5 days, the item is considered yours and used Shipping fees are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. As soon as I have received the product back, in its original condition, I will refund the product price.

Import duty and taxes

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES The Buyer is responsible for any local custom, import, duties or taxes payable. Please check your countrys’ personal import regulations, which is normally available from your local postal provider. Duty/custom/VAT fees are taxes imposed by a country on their residents. Therefore they are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is your country that is taxing you. You, the buyer, will be responsible for all fees that might be incurred upon delivery.

‘Change of mind’ returns

I will accept returns if you have ‘changed your mind’ on an item. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost also. Once I receive the item back in its original condition, I will issue a refund for the item price only.

Do you ship to the US, and are there import fees?

Yes, I ship to the United States. All orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), so there are no additional import fees to pay on delivery.

How long does it take for delivery to the United States?

Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery to the US from Ireland. Etsy may display a shorter estimated delivery window at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 21 days working days, please contact me and I will investigate the shipment.
