All of our boxes have been designed by us, but are manufactured and shipped to us raw for finishing. Therefore, all boxes are built prior to purchase, then are customized to your selections. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate any custom builds at this time. Please be sure to message us if you have some specifications in mind and we will let you know if we are able to adjust any of our existing designs to accommodate.

While many other shops will happily take extra money from you to bump you ahead of their other paying customers, we don’t believe in this policy. We work hard every day to get as many orders out as possible. We don’t need extra money to maintain that level of effort, and we don’t feel this is fair treatment to the customers ahead of you. So if you need your order by an earlier date than Etsy is quoting you, please shoot us a message prior to purchase. We will assess our upcoming schedule and get back to you if we see some availability. It’s very possible, and quite common, that we are able to make it happen for most customers. But in the event that we are unable to squeeze anything extra in, we will let you know promptly.

Absolutely! Listings are set up to only offer one option from the drop down, but if you want to use two complementing fabrics in your box, just leave us a “note to seller” during checkout describing your vision. If we have any concerns or questions regarding your request, we will definitely let you know!

While, we are not the biggest fans of painted boxes, we are happy to accommodate this request for you. However, please note that our boxes are perfectly imperfect. This is something we feel adds to the character of our stained boxes, but can sometimes be a bit of an eyesore on a painted box. For this reason, we do not offer perfectly smooth painted finishes, and your paint will most likely be distressed a bit to blend with our designs better. We do also have to charge a bit more for painted boxes, as the detailing process is more time consuming. Please inquire with us before purchase noting which box design and color you want painted and we will get back to you with custom pricing based on this info.

Yes, I accept returns. However, please understand that most of the items in my shop are highly customized and take me a lot of time to create a box or piece to your specifications. These are not something that I can resell to the next person who comes along if you change your mind. For this reason, I often times will have to charge a restocking fee, in addition to shipping. So if you are returning something back to me for reasons other than damage or error on my part, you will be responsible for a restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping labels already spent getting the item to you + shipping labels for your return. In some cases, this could mean only a 50% refund on your purchase price.
