What happens if the tracking says that my order has been delivered but I think it hasn't?

All our orders are sent on a tracked service to protect both the customer and ourselves. Therefore ,If the tracking states that an order has been delivered, along with Etsy's policies, we will not entertain any claim that it hasn't. Please check with other occupants, they may have taken delivery and forgot to inform you, please also check with neighbours as once again they may have taken delivery and forgot to inform you.

Do I have to pay U.S. tariffs or import duties on my order?

No. All orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable U.S. tariffs are already included in your checkout price. You won’t receive extra bills from customs or couriers.
