Custom and personalized orders

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement parcels or offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons: 1. The address provided by you was not correct. 2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

1- All orders are allowed up to 1 day of handling time, but many are shipped SAME DAY. 2- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. 3- Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or track your order within 24-48 hrs.

All packages are sent using USPS First Class with tracking number. We are NOT responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address or for packages marked as "delivered" but are never received. If you have any concerns about mail theft, always add insurance or upgrade the shipping method to Signature Confirmation to your order. We will not offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons. * The address provided by you was not correct * The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered We will offer to have the package reshipped once the parcel has been sent back to us. In that case, we will need to confirm your shipping address and the shipping & handling cost will be at your expense.

Some individuals have a natural high acidity level in their skin, it is possible for skin (a finger, neck, etc.) to "turn green" from silver or gold jewelry, or for silver jewelry to blacken especially when the weather is hot and humid. The green is caused by oxidation. All silver will oxidize (it's also what gives silver a tarnished look). There are some costume jewelry items that cause the same effect. Most of them contain nickel. It is not poisonous in small quantities but it can provoke an allergic reaction in some individuals. This "green finger effect" and the tarnishing of silver may also be an allergic reaction to alloy elements in sterling silver or gold. Items that tarnish during wear are not considered damaged or defective.

Damaged/Missing Items

WE CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL OF OUR PIECES BEFORE EACH SHIPMENT. IF EVER AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, IT MUST BE REPORTED TO ME IMMEDIATELY- WITHIN 24HRS AFTER DELIVERY. If an item is faulty we will issue send a replacement item if stock is available. We are not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted. PICTURE PROOF IN STERILIZATION POUCH MUST BE PROVIDED FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS. ONCE OPENED, YOU ACCEPT THE PACKGE AS IS. We do not guarantee that its gold plated jewelry will last forever. ANY Gold plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their color over time. The speed at which the gold plating fades will depend on multiple variables from chemical products used for skincare.

We accept cancellations as long as you submit a request BEFORE your items have shipped, and a full refund will be issued. Once your items has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
