The item itself is fine. I ordered 4 crystal butterflies and received 3 and a bunch of other random things. I contacted the seller who informed me they only had 3, so they sent out what they had and other things to make up for it. While I appreciate that, I guess, the other things were completely useless to me as I needed the 4 butterflies to complete a project. They, however, did send out 1 more crystal butterfly shortly after that, so all is well, but I would have appreciated the communication before they were shipped.
