We will message you back to confirm we got your photo. If you do not receive a message from us you please reach out as we may not have received it. Pictures must be sent within 3 days of ordering or you will not receive your picture with the macrame car charm.

Photos can be printed horizontal or Vertical. Unless specified otherwise, your picture will be printed in the format in which we received it.
PLEASE NOTE: White balance can be over or under exposed depending on the quality of your picture. Photos may not look exactly like how it looks on your phone or computer due to the instant print/Instax effect.
Pictures MUST be sent within 3 days of ordering or you will not receive the picture with your macrame car charm. PICTURES WILL BE DELETED AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SENT and will not be shared with anyone.

-If you do not send your picture within 3 days and we ship your order out without it, we will not be ship the Polaroid later. We will do our part to get in contact with you before shipping out the order if you have not sent the photo yet, if we do not hear back from you, your order will be sent without the custom print.
