You can download your files as soon as payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on Etsy.com as well as in your receipt email from Etsy. You will not be able to download the files from the Etsy App; you need to be on a browser such as Chrome or Safari. Please contact me if you have any issues downloading your files.

I’m having issues downloading or I’m seeing an error message. Can you help?

The files aren’t working for me or looking like I think they should. What should I do?

Before buying, read the item description for the information about what kind of file the listing has and what app or requirements might be needed. For example, lots of my lettering kits have Procreate brushes in them as .brushset files. These will only work with the app Procreate on iPad. I’m always available to answer any questions you have; just message me on here! Also, if you’re having any issues of any kind, please message me before leaving a review. I will always try to help as much as I can! Digital files are not eligible for refunds.

Do I need an Apple Pencil to use your brushes?

I highly recommend a first generation or second generation Apple Pencil. That is what I use and what I test the brushes with so I can’t speak to how well the off brand styluses work. I have had people say that they worked great but I have also heard the opposite and that the Apple Pencil gets the best results. Also, one of the newest Apple Pencil usb-c version is not pressure sensitive. Some of my brushes aren’t pressure sensitive at all (like the Monoline Magic) so they’ll even work with your finger! Procreate stamps also aren’t pressure sensitive. If you have questions about a specific brush or set of brushes, message me!
