Not quite as good as I expected. The handle was broken when received. Still, not useable for tea; so, just ornamental. Looks amazing.

This is just as lovely as I'd hoped! The glaze is beautifully 'raw' on the outside of the bowl, so that the finish has a special earthiness. The colour gradations make the tone interesting; it is a little creamier than I'd thought. The shape is extremely well-balanced. It has been skilfully made - and has a simplicity and presence which makes a perfect statement. I wanted it to be a special focus, in a place where something small but simple could ask for attention - and I am very pleased, indeed! The bowl took a while to arrive, due to international postal delay, but it's a great thrill to receive it - thoughtfully packed in light straw, within a small wooden crate. I'm glad, and grateful.
