Shipping times mainly depend on where you live. It can take from 5 to 30 days for you to get your package. For most clients, it take around 10 days to receive the order. Shipping times are only estimates based on what the shipping carriers tell us. Delays may happen in the transit and we are not in any way responsible for any delay on the shipping side of things. Once your order is shipped, the carrier is 100% responsible for the delivery and the shipping time. However, if your order is late, please contact us and we will help you get in touch with the carrier responsible for your order.

If you want a tracking code, you have to choose that option at checkout. If you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking code a couple of days after you placed the order, as soon as we receive it. If you have not opted for a tracked shipping method, unfortunately there is none.

Some products are made and shipped from a small village in Hong-Kong by Vivi who is in charge of most of the manufacturing. It does not affect the quality of the product, as we put all our hearts into it. This allows me and Vivi to offer you fast and free shipping (worldwide).

It is also possible if the inventory level closest to you does not have your order in stock that you will receive it from another of our small warehouse from another country.

Our products are handmade and some are made of soft and stretchy fabric. This is why the sizing for our products can differ by up to 10% of the listed measurements. Measurements need to be taken with the product in its normal relaxed state. If you receive a product within this range, please note that this is totally normal.
