How much flower confetti should I order to achieve a magical confetti shower effect?

We’re thrilled to be part of your big day and would want you to have the most enchanting celebration. We advise that you cater to at least half of your guest count. However, depending on the confetti shower effect you want, you may add more so every guest can join the fun! Here’s a quick guide to help you decide on your order: 1 Litre = 10-12 handfuls 2 Litre = 20-24 handfuls 5 Litre = 50-60 handfuls

I’m already planning my wedding. When is the best time to place an order?

We recommend ordering 2-3 months before your wedding festivities so your guests can throw the most vivid colours around. Our flower confetti lasts up to twelve (12) months but it is at its most vibrant when prepared closer to the date. But if you want to check this off your list, you’re more than welcome to place an order now and we will add you to our pre-order list. This way, we will take care of remembering your order and send it two (2) months prior to your special day. After all, we’re here to help make your wedding planning as stress-free as possible. Don’t forget to add a note at checkout with your wedding date!

I placed my order. When will you ship my flower confetti?

All Flaurae confetti is handmade with love in our Gold Coats studio. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days to dispatch your order. But in case you’re in a rush, we can expedite the process in two ways: 🌸 Option 1: Select “Express Delivery” upon check out. Our processing time won’t change but our shipping partner can expedite shipping to your address. 🌸 Option 2 *subject to availability*: If you want your order to leave our studio within 24-48 business hours, you may add a “Rush my order” fee to your order. It is best paired with “Express Delivery” to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will ship it as Standard Postage. What is the best way to store my confetti?

Your flower confetti is best stored in a cool, dry place such as a cupboard, away from humidity. To help preserve their vibrancy, keep these petals away from direct sunlight to avoid excessive fading. This way, you will still be able to use it if you ordered the confetti months in advance.

Does your flower confetti have any dyes or fragrance?

Flaurae Confetti is derived from all-natural flower petals. This means these aromatic petals come in their most natural form, free from any colour dyes and synthetic fragrances - 100% petals!

My parcel is being returned to you? What will happen next?

There are usually two reasons why your parcel could be returned to us: 1- If the postal carrier tried delivering your order but you weren't home, they'll take it to the local post office. You usually have 5-14 days to pick it up but you did not collect it. 2- You accidentally placed an order with the wrong address details. If your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will process a refund for your parcel minus the shipping fee we paid to have your order shipped (this is not the same as the shipping charge you paid to us), as well as a 10% restocking fee. After this, if you wish to place another order with us, you are more than welcome to. Just ensure to pick it up from the post office or double-check your address details 🌸

How is your confetti measured?

Our confetti is measured by volume (in litres), not by weight—and that’s an important detail to look out for when shopping for your big day. Why? Some blends are naturally lighter than others depending on the petals used, which means the weight can vary a lot. If we sold by weight, you might end up with less confetti than expected. By measuring in volume, we can ensure everyone receives the same number of handfuls, no matter which blend you choose. It’s the easiest and most reliable way to order confetti, so everything runs smoothly and you have just the right amount for all your guests.
