It would not download and I needed it for that day. I was not able to get in touch until after the party and no longer needed it. He did offer to refund if I wanted. I could not use it any longer because party was over. It seemed to me I was saying that I didn’t get it and no longer needed it. What would you conclude? The owner contacted me with a genuine apology that had action behind it. The apology was more than an empty ‘I’m sorry’. Without any response.
