A different idea for a wedding seating chart/ table plan.

This is a great idea for all types of wedding receptions.
I had my wedding at a vineyard so it was especially relevant.

From the purchase you will get a link to 2 types of templates.
I found that there were 2 main types of wine bottles- a taller longer one which required a 3 x 5 inch label and a shorter, wider one which required a 3.5 x 3.5 inch label. You will get access to both of these so you are not restricted to a specific wine bottle.

I asked my venue to collect used wine bottles for me, however, you can also use empty bottles from home use/ enquire at local restaurants.
I had 12 tables so used 12 bottles for the display of names, for guests to know which table they are sitting on. Then another 12 bottles to place on each table indicating the table number.
I then used my templates to fill in the table numbers and guest names, depending on which bottle size I was using for each table.
I then printed this on a home printer with sticker paper from amazon and cut it out (if you download the template from Canva in PDF and click 'crop marks and bleed', you will have a guide for your cutting).
I stuck the stickers to the bottles and filled them with copper fairy lights, specific for wine bottles (also can be brought on amazon).

I got many compliments from guests on these and it is a great way to show off a welcome display, with a practical use.
As we had some absences last minute, I was easily able to change the guests on the template and use another bottle.

You can also edit the template to include table names instead of numbers eg. cities, flower names or anything else personal to you.
