Our compact single AA battery-operated quartz movements are available in a choice of two shaft lengths — 12mm and 16mm. The shaft length is the threaded portion that will fix onto the dial plate or piece of wood. Choose the shaft length based on the thickness of material to be used. 12mm shaft suits dials 0-3mm thick. 16mm shaft suits dials 0-7mm thick.

IMPORTANT:
•Please don’t install the brass hex nut too tight.
•Please check if the second hand has been pressed down hard.
•When you install it, please keep the seconds, hour hand and minute hand parallel
•There are some clock parts made of aluminum, please do not install them with too much pressure or they will be bent.
