Can I change my order or the shipping address?

You have up to 2 hours to change your order. Once the 2-hour period has passed or your product was already sent to production, it's too late for you or our Support team to edit your order.

My status order is "Delivered" but I haven't received it? What should I do?

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below: * Verify that the address you provided is correct * Check with your neighbors * Contact us for support within 30 days since the "Delivered" status was confirmed * USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day or shortly thereafter. * Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says).

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails/Etsy notification to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, please contact our Support team with the order number and the missing item's name and number.

Exchange & Cancellation Policy

All orders are made to order with care - we keep no stock. Unless the item received is defective, we are unable to accept returns / exchanges. * If you would like to cancel / change your order, please message us on Etsy within 2 hours of placing the order, and we may be able to cancel. * We are unable to cancel / refund an order that's already been sent to processing. No exceptions. * Please review your order carefully, along with the size and the address you're putting in before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect address. We cannot track / cancel / refund / replace orders placed with an incorrect address.

Processing & Shipping location.

We work with print provider partners with facilities at various locations in US and Canada. Depending on product and stock availability, your order may be fulfilled at a facility in the USA and/or Canada. If you are ordering from Australia, message us, we have local providers and can ship to you directly from here. Please message us directly.

EU & UK Customers - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In accordance with EU regulations, customers in the EU and UK are entitled to returns and exchanges. Please note: – Items must be brand new, unworn, and in perfect condition. – Returns must be shipped back to our business location in Australia. – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. – We do not provide return labels.

Issues with your order / item

Return to sender/Lost Package Please TRIPLE check your address when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect address input. If your order is returned to sender, we can resend it after the $8.00 shipping fee is paid. Missing/stolen packages: Our shop is unable to reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, as the shipping process is out of our hands once the package has been transferred to the PO. Thank you for understanding! Other issues: If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo evidence that support your case. After 30 days we do not accept any claims.

Our usual processing times are 2-7 business days. Shipping to US usually takes 1-2 weeks and INTERNATIONALLY 3-4 weeks, after dispatch. Please place your order accordingly. Holiday cutoff dates are 10th of December. Orders placed after the 10th might not be delivered on time.

If your item arrived damaged/incorrect we will either reprint or refund. We need photos of the items you have received to process your reprint/refund. For reprints we will only use the original shipping method chosen by the customer in the original order. We are unable to guarantee any deliveries on reprints and will not refund if you won't receive your item on time. Thank you for your understanding !

✺ Please note that we DO NOT accept cancelations once the order is sent to production. All items are made to order with care and as a small business we do not keep any stock. For this reason we are unable to accept returns / exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.

• PROCESSING TIME •

✺ Our processing time is 2-7 business days, most orders USUALLY ship within 3 business days. Please consider full processing time while placing your order to ensure you get your item on time.

✺ Our cutoff date of Christmas is 3rd of December. Please order by then to ensure you will receive your items by 24th of December.

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS •

1. Wash your garment inside out.
2. Use the right washing machine setting (around 30°C)
3. Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.
4. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.
5. Hang the garments to dry naturally. Leave it turned inside out, hang it out to dry naturally, not exposing it to direct sunlight.
6. Cool-iron your print. You would typically avoid ironing your print. But if you really want to make your shirt look neat, iron it inside-out on the lowest possible setting. In some cases, placing a piece of natural-fibre thin cloth over the image to protect it from smudging would be an additional care step to take.

• DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING •

DTG, or Direct to Garment printing, is when a digital image is printed directly on the fabric of your garment. The process uses a specialized digital printing machine that applies water-based inks that are quickly absorbed into the fibers of the fabric.

This printing method is used for printing on clothing, and the process itself resembles digital printing on paper. Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers.

The colours with DTG method are not as vibrant and contrasting, but the quality & detail is better than screen printing :)
