* Clicking the link in your Etsy email confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folders, if the email is not located. If using Gmail, check spam or the "Social" or "Promotions" tabs.

* Signing in to Etsy.com in a WEB BROWSER (not the Etsy app) and clicking on "Your account" and then > Purchases & Reviews. Next to the order, click "Download Files". Downloads cannot be accessed from the Etsy mobile app.

* If you checked out as a guest, the download link to access your files are in your Etsy email confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folders, if the email is not located.

* Online Printing Services: Shutterfly, Vistaprint, Snapfish, Mpix, Posterjack, The Stackhouse, etc.

* Local print shop: Walmart, Staples, Office Depot, CVS, etc. If using a professional printing service, please instruct them not to apply color correction.

* Paper recommendations: To get an authentic vintage feel, consider textured or matte papers (heavyweight matte fine art paper - rag paper, cotton paper, etc.) or canvas (rolled or stretched). Cardstock is another option.

* Print quality depends on the printer, paper, and ink used.

* The size of the border and the cropping of the artwork can vary depending on the print size.

* Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the colors of the print depending on your monitor settings.

We offer 1 (one) free resize per order. Sets include 1 (one) resize for 1 (one) design. Contact us in Etsy messages to confirm. Please allow 1 business day for resize requests. Also, some online print services have the option to edit and scale images to the size you need.
