❦ If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us right away. We will initiate a claim on your behalf. Please email us photos of the broken/damaged item. Photos of the broken/damaged item(s) are required to initiate an insurance claim. Please do not return broken glass, porcelain or ceramic as it poses a safety risk.

Other than a very light cleaning vintage items are left in the original condition. Item photos have been enlarged to show details and may show many things that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Any props used in photos are not included. Brightness and color varies from computer monitors. Items are shown as accurately as possible in the photos.

❦ Handmade Jewelry Care: Most of our handmade jewelry pieces dainty and delicate and need to be handled gently. Please do not expose the jewelry to excess perfume, oils, chlorine, or bleach. To keep them looking new and prevent them from breaking do not wear jewelry when swimming or showering. To clean your jewelry use a mild soap and warm water and gently clean and pat dry.

❦ It is a layered metal of jeweler's brass with a layer of gold on the surface that is bonded in place with heat and pressure. The gold alloy must make up 5% of the total product weight. Gold-filled is much more affordable than solid gold, but with the same beautiful color and shine. It is more durable than plated metals because the gold content is significantly thicker. To clean, wash with mild soapy water and a soft cloth.

❦ Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. The rest of the metal alloy is usually copper. The copper is added to strengthen the metal so it is more durable. All sterling silver will need to be cleaned periodically. Tarnish is a naturally occurring reaction of the metal alloy and common elements in the air and water that surround us. Use silver tarnish removal products, but take care to avoid stones and pearls.
