Do you sell your patterns in Spanish (or another language)?

While I would love to be able to do so, I cannot speak Spanish (or another language) and therefore could not accurately transcribe the pattern or provide you the support you deserve if a question arose. For this reason, I do not provide my patterns in any language except English.

My printer won't print the PDF, can I get a refund?

No. When you purchase a digital download, you instantly receive and own your copy of the PDF pattern which you cannot return to me. For this reason, you will find that most people who sell digital download items (PDF crochet patterns or other items) do not accept refunds. If your PDF won't print, I would be happy to help you attempt to troubleshoot (no promises that I'll 100% be able to figure it out, but I can try!) or help, but there will be no refund if your printer doesn't work.

Can I sell items I made using your patterns?

Absolutely! I hope that you do and I hope that they are profitable for you. If you do decide to sell the items you made, I would love that you credit me as the designer.

What does personal use only mean?

You will see that my PDF patterns are listed as personal use only. This means that the PDF you purchase is for YOU only. You may not alter, edit, rewrite or sell this pattern. Additionally, you may not share or redistribute the pattern for free by any means. If someone would like the pattern, please refer them to my shop or to my blog, where they can often find patterns for free. Thank you!
