👉 Can I throw this in my washer machine?

Clothing: Yes! Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not use fabric soften or bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design. Tote bags: No. Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and hand clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry. Do not machine wash, dry, bleach or iron. Mugs: Yes! Clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.

👉 What is the sizing like?

Please note that these sizes are UNISEX meaning they are not women's fitted shirts. If you desire a more fitted look we suggest to size down. If you want an oversized look we recommend that you size up 2 sizes. If you desire a shirt dress look we suggest size up 3 sizes. They run true to size for men. Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure it armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos. Again please reference our size charts before ordering.

👉 What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Returns / Exchanges All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our Promise If your item arrives misprinted or damaged, message us via Etsy Messenger with a clear photo within 14 days of delivery. You'll receive your choice of a refund or a replacement. 👉 What is the print like?

All of our apparel and tote bags are printed using DTG printing (Direct To Garment). This is a where the printer directly applies the ink INTO the fabric. It DOES NOT sit on top like a vinyl screen print which cracks and peels over time. With our DTG method, the ink is directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment. The DTG method does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly). DTG printing has a slightly different texture than screen printing and you'll still be able to see the individual fibers in the shirt compared to a screen print where the print dries on top of the fibers.

👉 What if I want something customized?

If you appreciate our designs but wish to add personalization, opt for a different color, or have any other requests, we would be happy to make that happen. Please feel free to message us directly, and we will respond within 24 hours. :)

👉 What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Once our trusted production partners hand off your package to the mail carrier Serve Shine Designs is not liable for it. However, if you suspect your package is lost or stolen, don’t hesitate to contact us. That said, we’re proud to have a 100% on-time delivery rate! We’ll work closely with you to find a solution. Additionally, Etsy offers Purchase Protection for eligible orders up to $250, which may cover refunds for items lost or damaged in transit after the expected delivery date. Many carriers also offer claims for lost or stolen packages. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we possibly can to help make sure your order reaches you and that you’re completely satisfied!

👉 If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
