Why does my products received look different than the display picture?

Please note that best effort is made to ensure the highest quality of products and it’s guaranteed that the vibe will be similar to the pictures. However, the product(s) you receive will DEFINITELY(yup!) look different from the product picture due to the effect created by the alcohol ink is so unique in each one of them and that the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Please understand that products in my store are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Also, we attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources and different devices you might be using, the colour in the image may vary slightly for the actual colour of the product.

Although the product looks stunning under the sun, please keep it from the direct sunlight as much as possible. Sunlight may accelerate the fading process of the alcohol ink and the yellowing process of the resin overtime to a certain extent as this is the nature of the materials. However, we rest assure you that the brand of resin we use is derived from museum conservation-grade materials to ensure the product's beauty lasts as long under proper care.

We "adopted" a family for the holidays, and addition to their requests, we bought each of them an ornament. We chose this multi-colored bright pastel heart for the teenage girl. It came promptly and is of great quality. What REALLY exceeded our expectations is that the seller sent TWO! We appreciate the generosity of the season! Thank you!
