Stickers are printed on glossy vinyl and mounted to foam board, wood, wall, etc.

There are NO cancelations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped according to the timeline provided below. We ARE NOT responsible for any delays or lost packages in the mail.

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select the size your would like in the drop down menu (if you don’t see the size you would like to order, please feel free to message us for custom price)
2) Type the date of your event and the character you would like to order in the personalization section
3) Purchase the listing

FOR THE PHOTOS please send us the image to email partylabmd [!at] gmail.com (IMPORTANT: include your order number in the email). Please note that the photo will be printed EXACTLY as it looks in the email so make sure to use the high resolution one.

FOR THE CUSTOMIZED CUTOUTS we require ready to print file that should be send to partylabmd [!at] gmail.com including your order number. If you need us to create a design, we charge extra $50 for design fee. Please note that the image will be printed EXACTLY as it looks in the email you sent (so make sure to use the high resolution) or we send you for the approval.


We will send a proof within 24-48 hours. We will need your approval to start production so please RESPOND TO THE EMAIL ASAP that it is approved and confirm your shipping address to avoid any delays.

Orders submitted on business days after 3:00 PM ET will be processed until the following morning.
Orders submitted on weekends will be processed until Monday.

You will receive your order in 3-7 business days after you approve it.
