If the ordered ring is too big/small, you have the following options:

If the ring is still available in your desired size, you can exchange it for the ring that is too small/big.
If the ring is no longer available in your desired size, we can have your ring resized to your desired size. This will cost €30 and take approximately 5 working days before we can send the ring back to you.
If neither of these options is suitable, you can return the ring within the withdrawal period, and we will refund the purchase price to you.
