International returns must be marked as "RETURNED PRODUCT" for customs purposes.
In the absence of this, the customer becomes responsible for any customs tax that will be charged on the returned product and therefore every tax and additional cost will be deducted from the total refunded.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when shipped, therefore new and never worn, in the event that the returned item is not in perfect condition, the amount to be returned will be reduced for damages.
Buyers will take care shipping costs for returns.

I ship with Poste Italiane. Standard shipment is not tracked but, while purchasing, you can choose an upgrade with tracking.

Once your order is shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to the shipment and, if you chose a not tracked shipment, I cannot monitor the shipment.

Italy: 2-8 business days
Europe: 10-20 business days
USA: 20-30 business days
Oceania and all other destinations: 30-60 business days

Sometimes, e.g. during holiday season, shipment might take longer. Packages can also be opned at customs and it take time.
