Gift Wrapping and Packaging often comes at a cost and adds to the bulk of the parcel. Some items are really expensive to ship. Hence, we can offer Gift Packaging upon special requests only and preferably only to Australia.

All Custom Products are non refundable. They also require an additional 3-5 Business days to process as they are always made-to-order. Please allow an additional week on top of the displayed ETA for your item.

Where is SelahCC based? Where is my Item shipping from?

We are a 100% Australian owned and family operated business. Our 2 year old daughter- Selah is our CEO. Due to global supply chain issues and staff shortages, we have 3 major locations where we have printing partners and ship our items from. Depending on the products and their availability, it is either shipping from: 1. Sydney, Australia (For All AU Orders) 2. Charlotte NC, USA (For All US Orders) 3. Milan, Italy (For Most EU Orders)

Why can I not track my item / Why the tracking hasn't updated?

Firstly, Etsy does not support tracking for every single carrier around the world. Unless you're in the US and your item is shipping via USPS, we have to use several different logistics partners to deliver your goods to you. In most cases, the tracking information will activate and update when your local posties/couriers pick up your items from the airport closest to you.
