This is absolutely perfect for keeping track of a newborn. Those first weeks are such a blur it’s hard to remember when the last feed/nap/diaper change was. But this helped keep me on track and get a better grasp on my baby’s patterns so I could be more prepared. I printed the templates out, hole punched them, then put them in a binder and took it everywhere I went so I could keep track. I brought my filled out logs to the pediatrician so she could see how much baby was eating and how many diapers she went through and it gave us a fantastic gauge on her weight gain progress. My pediatrician was very impressed with the templates saying I was the most organized mom they’d seen.😅
