Is this real embroidery?

No. Our Embroidery Style artworks are flat prints with an embroidery look. There is no actual stitching, beads or raised texture. Every detail is part of the original design.

Do posters come with a frame?

Poster prints ship unframed. Frames shown in lifestyle photos are for styling only. If you'd like a frame, choose the "FRAMED Fine Art" option: it comes in a simple matte black pinewood frame (no mat) with a shatter-proof plexiglass front, ready to hang. Many customers also frame the poster themselves.

What does the canvas look like?

Our canvases are gallery-wrapped on a 1.25" (3.2 cm) deep pine frame. The full design is printed on the front and the edges are mirrored, so nothing important is cropped. Each canvas arrives ready to hang with pre-installed hardware and rubber bumpers.

Can I order a size that isn't listed?

Often, yes. Please send us a message before ordering with the size you need, and we'll check what we can make for you.

Where is my order printed and how long does it take?

Each piece is made to order by our print partners in the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia, depending on your location. Production takes 2–7 business days and shipping takes 4–8 business days, with tracking. These are our maximum estimates; most orders arrive sooner. You'll see the estimated delivery date for your address at checkout.

My order arrived damaged or misprinted. What should I do?

We're sorry! Please send us a message within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement.
