If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade watch band the return for all handmade watch bands maybe accepted within 14 days from the moment the item was delivered. You have to contact me during first 5 days after you received the order. The return is accepted only if the item is sent in original package without any signs of wearing. As each band is custom made restocking fee 10-20% will be applied ( depends on the condition of return). Items returned without original packaging and with signs of wearing are non-refundable.

The buyer pays for return shipping. All orders should be sent with tracking number as a proof of return by using USPS First Class mail Service.

Returns sent without prior approval won't be refunded.

As each band is custom made - I do not accept exchanges.

The band can be sent for remaking/resizing and 9.50$ fee will be charged.
