Returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake in listing. All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps.

I can not guarantee that an item will be delivered by a certain date unless we discuss it before hand and express shipping is used. Asking in the "notes to seller" section for the item to be shipped quicker than the expected turnaround time is NOT a guarantee that the item will ship out faster. I often don't see the notes to seller notes until I begin to work on the item, so I may not see the note until it is too late to meet the deadline. If you need an item faster than the expected turnaround time, please reach out to me in messages before purchasing to assure I can accommodate.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must email or message me within 2 hours of the order being placed.
