SHIPPING:
All of our orders are currently completed within a 7-10 business day window (not including weekends). All orders are shipped with free UPS Ground - this includes tracking! You can expect your order to arrive within an additional 3-5 business days with free standard shipping. We do offer two additional rush shipping options to choose from at checkout if needed - UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. These rush shipping services do not decrease our production times, only decreases the shipping time.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
This sign is handmade just for you. We do not accept returns. We try to get your order started as fast as possible so cancellations are accepted but we need to know within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders canceled after 24 hours will not be accepted.
