Will I be reimbursed for shipping if my item is returned due to wrong address?

No, If your purchase is returned due to a "no longer at this address" meaning you accidentally had the item shipped to the wrong location, you will ONLY be reimbursed for the cost of the item purchased. The refund will be processed after the item has been returned and will not include shipping fees, if applicable.

If my item is damaged during shipping will it be replaced (another item shipped)?

No. However, once you have submitted a photo showing the damage, you will be refunded for the cost of the item (not shipping fees, if applicable). If you purchased a set of buttons and only one in the set is damaged, you will be refunded for the cost of just the one button and not the entire set.

If I received the wrong item will the correct item be shipped?

No. If an error in shipment is made you will be refunded for the cost of the item (not shipping fees, if applicable) once you submit a photo showing you received the wrong item.
