Because I require you to work with me during every step of the process and will not continue until I get your approval, I do no accept returns for custom orders. You have the power to ask me to change/update anything until the piece is finished so I highly recommend you do so. I am more than happy to accommodate.

All orders except for sticker orders that are under $10 will have tracking information available for you. If an item gets lost or goes MIA without an update to the tracking info for 18 days, I am willing to offer a refund or a replacement.
