Can you do a customized item?

Of course!! We can do any customized items, if it is not an item in stock we can get it for you. We have a laser machine that can engrave and cut, we also have sublimation printers and blanks (however, we do not sell blanks). Send us a message with what inspired you, colors, and any personalization that is essential. We will respond with a digital proof within 24 hours!

What if my package was Lost in Mail or Stolen?

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, lost in the mail or stolen from your property. Should any of those occur, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their post office and/or file a police report. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and reliable address and drop off area. If this occurs I will help you the best I can. But a replacement is not guaranteed.

I wish I could see a proof, do you provide this feature?

OF COURSE WE CAN! If you see an item you like and would like to see a proof we will most certainly provide that UPON REQUEST! Send us a message before purchasing one of our personalized or custom designed items and we will provide that within a 24 hour time frame.

Can this item be smaller or larger in size?

Most of our items have multiple size offerings already. Certain accommodations can be made, with a price decrease (smaller item) or increase (larger item). Message us for more detail if you see an item that you would like larger or smaller.

Giving back is important to us! We’re so happy you’ve chosen us for such cause. I do budget for donations yearly, to assist in selecting recipients each year, we ask that you send us an emailed request that includes (1) the item(s) being requested, (2) the organization that will receive the donation, (3) a short paragraph about what the donation will be used for, & (4) a non profit ID number for legal purposes. All information must be filled out in order to qualify.

How much is shipping?

Here at Milestone Designs we offer FREE SHIPPING (excluding very few items being larger items that are expensive for a small business to do for free) on the majority of our products. The only shipping you pay for is upgraded shipping (faster shipping options) right now we provide services through USPS and USPS Priority. We do not ship international at this time.

When PERSONALIZING please make sure that your punctuation, capitalization, and spelling are all correct and as you want it to appear on your item, as we copy and paste your personalization straight into our program to eliminate any spelling errors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL CAPS, My font doesn't flow well when used with all caps. Longer phrases and even longer names will not be cut off like listing photos because the longer the phrase or name the smaller the text will be on the wristlet. I recommend doing only First names (maybe middle name) or, around 15 characters, for a result to look like the listing photo.
