4 in x 4 in handmade stained glass suncatcher of original design and pattern. The glass and solder used to make this piece was manufactured in the USA.

This sun is made with black glass that glows amber when backlit by the sun and an iridescent amber cathedral glass piece. Hanging from the bottom rays are clear crystal drops that catch sunlight and create rainbows. The piece is finished with a black patina and suspended by a removable gold coated iron chain.


Each stained glass piece is constructed to best withstand the heat of the sun in windowsills and weight of the piece by utilizing specific materials and strategic joint placements that enhance strength.

Each stained glass piece will be boxed with fitted soft foam pieces and cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts inside a larger outer box to reduce any impact that will occur during its travels.
