I ordered a large order for my entire wedding party. When my order was unable to be delivered (no fault of the theirs), Katarina was amazing in getting everything shipped back to me (not an easy task overseas). Amazing customer service!! Things went very smoothly. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages are all lovely and are exactly what I wanted (I customized my own bouquet). Can't recommend this shop enough.
