Will my desk mat look as good as the listing images?
Absolutely yes. Many customers state something like "looks better in person than on screen."

Now, for the fine print. Every computer monitor and mobile device is different and settings on your device affect what you see; the "temperature" of the colors, the saturation and more. I do the best I can to be sure the imagery sent to the print partner matches the dyes they use when producing the final product, but subtle differences may be noticeable but should not adversely impact the final product. That same exact imagery is used for the listing images to ensure the highest possible match.

Also, the listing images are digitally produced from original ideal condition settings and positioned carefully to be sure they capture the beauty of the core product with available light. The props were also chosen to accentuate the design for aesthetic purposes.

Apart from looking cool, these desk mats keep surfaces free from scratches and stains. Great for making spaces more organized with minimal effort. Colors shown on screen may vary a little from physical product due to differences in display and print. The differences should be very minor.

To cleanup spills or dirt, use light soap, water and paper towels.

This product is produced using a modern print-on-demand approach which is a more sustainable practice than traditional high inventory approaches.

The dye printing process can leave a faint smell that lingers for a day or two. Normally there is no smell, but depending on shipping conditions it may be present. If this happens, lay out the desk mat on a flat surface and wait about 24 hours.

Artwork in my shop is produced using a mixture of modern techniques including AI Art generators, Photoshop, Illustrator, in a few places my own travel photography, custom software I developed and is the product of my imagination.

This story was inspired by this art.

The sun glistened off the rolling waves of the ocean, creating a beautiful glimmering sparkle that caught the eye of the small child. The child, who had been playing on the nearby beach with her friends, had unknowingly strayed too far out and the tide was quickly dragging her deeper and deeper into the depths of the murky unknown.

As the child vainly flailed her arms, frantically looking for a helping hand, a giant arm of emerald green rose gracefully from the depths below and wrapped around her waist protectively. Instantly, she felt herself being pulled in an upward direction as a wave of relief rushed through her.

She looked up and saw an intimidatingly large octopus staring back at her with unsettling eyes, but it’s makeshift smile seemed to reassure her that everything would be OK. The brave octopus gracefully swam them both back to shore, ignoring the frightened screams of almost all those who witnessed the unbelievable daring feats.

Without hesitation, it delivered her safely onto the sand and waved it’s giant arm in a kind gesture of good bye before quickly disappearing back into its mysterious habitat. The child, now overcome with emotion and filled with gratitude, knew it would never forget this day- not just for being rescued from near-certain death but for being rescued by such an unlikely hero.
