I haven't built anything with this plan yet but after purchasing and taking a look through it, I am very disappointed because the plan does not match what is shown in the finished photo. In the photo the bed was built against a wall, whereas the plan shows you how to build the bed as a stand alone unit and there is no instruction on how to affix it to a wall. Second, the photo shows ship lap as the backboard of the bed and trim at the bottom of the bed, neither of which are included in the plan. So not only is the photo not the same as what's in the plan but if you want yours to look like the photo, you will also need additional materials that aren't included in the plan in order to accomplish this. Also realized afterwards that there is no safety/support across the top bunk which is very dangerous.
