All purchases are made-to-order with the customer's choice of fabric, hardware, webbing color, length and widths. Custom orders are available upon request by messaging us via Etsy. 💬

Collar and harness sizing information is provided in order to choose the appropriate size for your pet. Size options are shown in the drop-down menus in each listing. Collar sizes are also provided here: XS 8-12", S 11-14", M 13-16", L 15-18", XL 17-20", XXL 19-22", XXXL 21-24".📏

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift messages are available however gift wrapping is not available. ✉️

Are refunds or exchanges available?

Because the fabric and webbing are cut to order and the hardware is selected and sewn onto them based on each customer's specifications, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. ✂️

After time accessories can become subject to wear and tear so please replace as necessary for the safety of your pet. It is your responsibility to make sure our products are safe for your pet. SewShel Petwork is not responsible for your pet’s safety while using our products. 🐶

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Collars can be made to order with silver, gold, rose gold or black YKK plastic buckles (black plastic buckles not available in 5/8"). Martingale/half-check chain-style collars are also available in silver, gold or rose gold (available sizes and hardware colors may vary). Top-quality fabric is multi-stitched over high-quality nylon webbing for strength and durability.

Please be sure to measure your dog for sizing correctly. Let us know if you need any help choosing hardware or the correct size for your dog. Each collar is handmade to order in the exact width and length you choose so please be aware that there may be slight variations in the fabric print due to the cut of fabric.

Our collars are hand-washable and can be hung to dry without losing shape. Care instructions are included with each order. After time collars can become subject to wear and tear so please replace as necessary for the safety of your dog. It is your responsibility to make sure our products are safe for your dog. SewShel Petwork is not responsible for your dog’s safety while wearing our products.
